Lose the Weight Naturally; Keep it Off! 1 Simple Step

Lose weight quickly, safely and naturally

Hello Weight Loss Family! If you are on this page then you have made the choice to lose the weight naturally and just need the right push into the right direction. I can show you how in 1 Simple Step that is guaranteed to last a lifetime.

I want you to imagine this for a second; close your eyes and imagine that you are standing in a crossroad in the middle of nowhere on a cloudy and foggy day.

Lose weight the natural way with KETO

This crossroad leads to at least 5 different paths all surrounding you but what you don’t know is that they will ultimately take you to the same place.

It will take you to the end of the road where the sun is bright glistening the path to the white sand.

This sand is covered by an emerald beach and blanketed by dancing palm trees.

Some paths are longer than others with unforeseen obstacles and grueling challenges, while others you will need to first gather “tools”. Tools that need to be “purchased” before you can trek the rest of the road.

One false move on this path and you will need to start at square 1.

There is one road however where you can travel at your own speed and pick up the tools you need by connecting with other travelers. These travelers have similar goals and desire to forage food from the land.

Yes! I am talking about weight loss and the paths each represents a different weight loss diet.

Diets that require costly monthly subscriptions to shakes, teas, pills etc. Others that require unhealthy habits of extreme fasting.

What about those that require you to take chemicals or where you believe you need to work out every day for hours upon hours without changing your eating habits.

Today, my weight loss friends, I would like to talk about The Ketogenic Diet.   This diet is the natural, safe and least costly way to lose weight and keep it off!

Did you know that the average person consumes…

about 1000 grams of carbohydrates!?

What is a carbohydrate? Carbohydrates are molecules that have carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atoms. Carbohydrates are one of the three macro nutrients.

The main types of dietary carbohydrates are sugars, starches and fiber.

Avoid Carbs and try KETO

Refined carbohydrate foods are usually also lacking in essential nutrients. In other words, they are “empty” calories.

The added sugars are another story altogether, they are the absolute worst carbohydrates and

linked to all sorts of chronic diseases. Carbs can be found in at least 90% of the foods we eat.

Research has found that consuming too many carbs on a daily basis leads to higher insulin levels and an increased risk of diabetes.

Ask yourself; have you consumed any form of Pasta, Rice, Bread, Beans, Pizza, Apples, Oranges, Sodas or the most notorious food of them all fast food recently?

Well guess what, you are guilty of consuming Carbohydrates and lots of it! Did you know that a small carton of a brand name juice box for a toddler has 35 grams of Carbs or that a 591ML of a brand name Soda has 63 grams!

High Carbs in Soda

Go ahead, open your fridge, I dare you…

and take a look! I can wait.

While you are it, let’s go carb hunting and feel free to look at the carbohydrate count on some of the other items in your pantry and fridge.

Now MULTIPLY that with each box or bottle you may have drank and ADD the additional carbs that you ingested throughout the day.

Research has shown that “addiction” to carbs leads to overeating or your body’s demand to keep the sugar levels high. It’s no wonder that even after a hefty “meal” you still crave to eat more.

This my friends is what we call a vicious and unhealthy carb cycle that will not end until you make the change and break the cycle!

Stay tuned to my website…

as I will show you how as my mentor took the time to show us.

The Ketogenic Diet is still the best kept secret however day in an day out it continues to build popularity as it is one of the most simplistic and effective diets out there that does not require costly subscriptions or ingestion of harmful chemicals.

The wife and I personally lost close to 100 pounds combined in a matter of 2 months while our group composed of family and friends lost over 500 pounds!

You too will break the cycle and I can guide you on how you can just train your body to rely on 25-40 grams of Carbs while taking in

healthy and nutritional fats to loss weight naturally.

Please read my discussion around What is the Ketogenic Diet as it breaks down the diet even further but I will ask you this.

In Conclusion,

Sooo, my weight loss family! What path do YOU want to take?

Please feel free to share your crossroads story and what made you make the choice to lose weight! We would love to hear!

Best,

YourKetoExpert, Mr and Mrs Moncada

    Hi Mr and Mrs Moncada!
Very interesting post! Now I am curious and want to learn more about the Ketogenic Diet. I have heard of it before, but I was a bit skeptical about it, as I heard it was controversial. Now, I think I should look up for more information and check out the other posts in your website and consider if this is something for me.

One of the links you referred to took me to a more thorough post about what to eat and what not to, and I saw that rice and bread were in the no list sadly 🙁

But maybe I can still give it a try? I think I should check with my nutritionist first.

    Best,

    Mariana

      Hello Mariana!

I am glad to hear that the post caught your interest. I would definitely say to continue your research but as a Keto Dieter I can speak from experience. I have tried sooo many different diets and not one ever stuck as Keto has and the fact that it does not require the dog and pony show is amazing! Feel free to stop by again!

Thanks Mr and Mrs Moncada on this eye opener post. I must confess that prior to this time, I have little or no clue of how too much carbohydrates could be unhealthy to the body. I love the fact that this write up is interactive and straight to the point, I will be glad to see more of you post on weight loss.

    Regards

    Hi
Thank you for sharing your wisdom on losing weight naturally.

There are so many weight loss options online, so many that it is really hard to figure out what is the right way and what is the wrong way.

I guess for me, if it sounds right, I’ll try it out. I always do a little research as well.

I have friends who are Keto mad, they swear by it. They are proving it is a beneficial option for weight loss. What amazes me is the pictures they post of the food they eating looks so bad for you – which means it looks delicious 🙂

I have heard so often that food that is good for you tastes the worst and vice versa, but Keto looks and tastes delicious!

    Hi Mr and Mrs Moncada,

Thank you for sharing this concise information about what we put in our bodies ,I actually dn’t have a clue of what carbohydrates could do to ones’s body !

I have struggled with weight for almost half of my life, tried various weight loss products like magic slim, worked for a while but as soon as i stopped using it,I regained the weight back on .

When i tried it again instead of losing i gained more weight than what i was weighing before!

Then I went for burn slim which works with other combinations that too didn’t help much either plus it’s costly

I have been looking for a way to lose weight the natural way my guess I’m in the right place and looking forth to learning more about this Ketogenic Diet .

Heard about it but dn’t give it my time until now .

    Barbara
